Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie with Almonds and Dates
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana, broken
- 1/2 table spoons of honey
- 1/2 cup of nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1 cup of organic unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of salted roasted almonds
- 1 table spoon of all-natural creamy peanut butter
Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender like Vitamix 5300, and blend til' smooth.
